Biography
James "Michael" Gallagher, 64 of Southbury died Tuesday November 3, 2009 at Southbury Training School surrounded by his extended family.
Michael was born in Waterbury January 31, 1945 son of the late James P. and Winifred (Hancock) Gallagher.
He is survived by 5 brothers and sisters and their spouses Maurie Hebert of Watertown; Ann DeMarest and her husband James of Watertown; Andrew Gallagher and his wife Cynthia of Watertown; Rosemary Adams and her husband Gary of Watertown and Richard Gallagher and his wife Karen of Southington. 14 nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Friday at 9:15 am from Hickcox Funeral Home 195 Main St Watertown to St. John the Evangelist Church for a mass at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday morning from 8:30 am until the time of the service
